Workshops
The Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies offers every semester a wide variety of professional development academic workshops. Workshops mostly focus on the attainment of transferrable skills and competencies that will assist students throughout their graduate studies in developing the capacities needed to build a successful career.
The workshops address many areas and skills such as academic and professional growth, leadership, communication skills, and assistance throughout the process of completion of the degree and Thesis, starting from Literature review to Thesis writing, including research ethics and survey design.
The workshops are offered in collaboration with, many faculty members in addition to the following AUC entities:
- Mohamed Taymour Writing Center
- Center for Learning and Teaching
- The Social Research Center
- IT Solutions
- AUC Library
Workshops are offered at no cost to all enrolled degree-seeking graduate students.
