Mr. Paul H. Bartlett is a partner at Rho Ventures and focuses on investments in information technologies and the web. He was previously a business executive in the technology industry, formerly COO and CFO of Critical Path. Before that, he was the CEO at Quintus Corporation until AVAYA acquired the company in 2001. He also served as president and director of Hall Kinion and Associates, a $200 million publicly traded IT services and recruiting company for the internet.
