Ms. Teresa C. Barger is the CEO of Cartica Management LLC. Before that, she worked for over 20 years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), making investments in emerging markets companies in nearly every region. Before IFC, she worked at McKinsey and Company. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She serves on the boards of the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund of India, ANERA, IX Acquisition Corp and The Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund. She also serves on USAID’s advisory board and is an advisor to a climate tech fund. Barger received her BA from Harvard College and her MBA from the Yale School of Management.
