Dear Colleagues,

As you may be aware, Yvette Isaac has recently retired from her position of assistant provost for faculty affairs. I am deeply grateful to the support that Isaac has given to faculty and to me over the past years, and she will be greatly missed.

I am pleased to announce that Sherif El Sheemy has been appointed as assistant provost for faculty affairs, planning and budgeting. In addition to El Sheemy, Angelique Roesch has also joined the Office of the Provost as director of faculty affairs. El Sheemy and Roesch are working closely with the other members of the faculty affairs team: Injy Abbas, senior officer, faculty affairs, and Caroline Nasr, senior specialist, faculty affairs. Join me in welcoming El Sheemy and Roesch to the team and in thanking Isaac for her long and dedicated service to AUC.
