Dear AUC Community,

We are pleased to announce the introduction of designated parking spots for members of the community who carpool to campus. Starting on Sunday, September 3, carpoolers may park in special reserved slots available at parking lot G near Gate 5 and Omar Mohsen Gate. 

Part of AUC’s Climate Change Initiative and the Race to Zero campaign, this effort is intended to reduce our carbon footprint. Transportation to campus is one of the largest contributors to our carbon emissions. By sharing rides, we can decrease traffic congestion, save money, and contribute to a greener and more sustainable AUC.

Carpoolers who wish to use the allocated spots will be guided by the assigned security personnel. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and commitment to sustainability at AUC. Together, we can create a more sustainable future.
