Who is it for?
- The Arabic Language Intensive Program (ALIN) offers intensive Arabic language courses, catering for students and serious learners from all over the world who need to gain a broad understanding and a good command of contemporary Arabic language and culture as quickly and as effectively as possible.
- Non-native Arabic speakers from different professional backgrounds and, but not limited to, learners with specific career aspirations
- Study abroad and non-degree learners wishing to explore a new language and open new opportunities.
What does it offer?
- Intensive full-semester 12-15 credit hours Arabic program, offering courses in both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA), focusing on the communicative aspect and development of language skills.
- Accommodates all skill levels with elementary, intermediate, and advanced courses.
- Incorporates an important cultural dimension; learners explore the culture and use the language through free tours and subsidized weekend trips and language exchange partners.
- Available in the fall and spring terms.
