AUC Children Nutrition Course

Empower Your Children to Master Nutrition and Build Lifelong Healthy Habits!

Nutrition plays a central role in our lives, yet many children and adults struggle with the knowledge to make better eating choices. This course, led by Mireille Medhat, founder of Beet It, is designed to empower young learners by providing them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about food, rather than simply forcing them to change their eating habits. Students will gain a foundational understanding of what makes food nutritious, learn to read food labels, and develop a positive relationship with food. The course emphasizes moderation, body image, and self-acceptance. Through hands-on sessions, children will engage in fun activities and prepare simple, delicious meals that promote healthy, sustainable habits for life.
