Mai Mahmoud is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at J-PAL Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regional office. Her research interests are in development, agriculture, and environmental economics. Mahmoud holds PhD in Economics and Public Policy from Tufts University, MSc. in Economics from the London School of Economics, and BSc in Banking and Finance from University of London.
