PWD Employee Mentorship and Development Program

To further support employees with disabilities, AUC is launching a new mentorship and development program designed to offer job upskilling, communication skills development and English-language proficiency training as needed.
Program Details
A one-year program that offers candidates the chance to gain experience across various functions within the AUC, as well as developing their technical and communication skills.
Objectives
- Promote diversity and inclusivity within the AUC community by providing opportunities for people with disabilities in the workforce
- Equip participants with the necessary skills and tools to succeed not only within AUC workforce but also in other organizations in the country.
- Establish partnerships with ministries and non-governmental organizations to upskill and offer on-the-job training for people with disabilities.
Requirements
Experience: Flexible requirements based on the specific job or professional field
Education: University graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills
Language: Good knowledge of Arabic and English
