The report, which includes insights from 40 organizations across 12 industries, offers an in-depth overview of the evolving corporate training landscape, driven by the School's commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in Egypt's business sector.
As a key player in the university-based executive education industry, AUC School of Business Executive Education has been instrumental in bridging market gaps and elevating the standard of corporate learning in Egypt. The School’s annual study analyzes key attitudes and trends in the sector, offering insights on the dynamics of identifying company training needs, selecting service providers and evaluating training effectiveness.
Key findings of the report include:
• A rising demand for experiential learning and application-based programs, with 63% of study participants emphasizing this need.
• A marked requirement for effective assessment support from providers, as indicated by 48% of surveyed organizations.
• The emergence of digital transformation as a notable trend is recognized as a pivotal development by most corporations and learners.
