AUC Junior Represents Egypt at Youth Meeting in Jordan

Maysem Alagamy, an electronics and communication engineering junior, was selected by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to be part of the formal Egyptian delegation to the Arab Capitals Youth Meeting in Jordan, which focused on artificial intelligence and its role in shaping the future of the Arab world as its main theme. 

Representing Egypt and AUC, Alagamy connected with youth leaders from across the Arab world and met prominent figures, including ministers and ambassadors. She engaged in conversations about the future of technology and its applications in various fields, presenting a working paper and delivering a presentation on AI in Egypt. 

“This experience not only allowed me to contribute to important discussions but also strengthened my skills in leadership, communication and collaboration — all of which have been nurtured during my time at AUC,” she said “I am deeply proud to be a part of AUC, which has not only shaped my academic path but also empowered me to step forward and represent both my University and country on the international stage.”
