Facilities and Operations

The Department of Facilities and Operations (F&O) provides comprehensive services to the university. The Facilities side is responsible for facilities planning; architectural and engineering services; construction management; building operation and maintenance; alterations; repairs and renovations; distribution of utilities; hardscape maintenance and trash removal; energy management; custodial services and code compliance. The Operations side is responsible for faculty housing; event support and scheduling services; mail service and distribution; parking; car pool operations; and transportation and food service vendor oversight.
