How to Apply

• Submit an online application before the admission application target dates.
• Check the application checklist and submit all the required documents.

After You Apply

• Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create your email
• Finalize your advising and registration of courses by following the below steps: 

1. Check the course offerings and the class schedule here. This step is essential for your advising.
2. Complete your Preliminary Course Planning Form (PCP).

Before You Arrive

1. Pay your required deposit* This only applies to degree-seeking students; visiting international students do not need to pay a deposit. 
2. Follow instructions you receive to create an AUC email address.
3. Apply for AUC housing.
4. Prepare for your tourist visa to enter Egypt.
5. Check the detailed AUC academic calendars for important dates.

After You Arrive

• Attend the mandatory international student orientation.
• Visit the Business Support Office to obtain your Egyptian student residency permit.

Before You Leave

• Log on to Banner Self-Service and confirm any outstanding balance or available refund.
