Eligibility
Undergraduate Applicants
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at a recognized university outside of Egypt.
- Minimum GPA of 2.0/4.0 (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 30 university-level credit hours (or equivalent) already completed
- Students from non-English language universities must submit one of the following language proficiency exam results:
- TOEFL: Minimum of 83 in total score and 22 in writing
- IELTS: 6.5 in band score and 7 in writing
- Duolingo: Total score of 135
Graduate Applicants
- Enrolled in a graduate degree program at a recognized university outside of Egypt.
- Students from non-English language universities must submit scores from an international English proficiency exam (see requirements here). You must meet the cut-off scores to be placed in “Full admission - NonDegree Admission”
How to Apply?
Step 1:
You must first be approved by your home university to study abroad at AUC. If you attend an AUC partner university, you must also first be nominated by your home university advisor. Once nominated to AUC, you will receive detailed application instructions for your chosen study abroad pathway.
Step 2:
Complete AUC’s online study abroad application form on the application menu.
Step 3:
Receive confirmation email from AUC’s Office of Admissions with instructions for where to email your required supplemental documents, including an official transcript, passport copy, and English proficiency exam results (if required). Your application is not complete until we receive all documents.
