More importantly IPO’s new internationalization strategy and philosophy aims at introducing new scopes and stressing on targeting new geographical areas. IPO’s objective is to increase the students and faculty international exposure and experience through different tools and strategies. Some of those activities would be to:
- promote joint programs and courses
- promote international competitions and events
- support interaction with international students
- organize international workshops,
- intensify faculty contribution and enhance staff participation
- enhance blended learning and online courses which will be used as an integral tool to expand internationalization
Our new strategy aims at expanding its student mobility scope from just a semester abroad to shorter periods, a month or even two weeks. IPO’s new philosophy stresses on promoting new partnerships through the ‘Global Liberal Arts Alliance’ (GLAA) partnerships and ‘Collaborative Online International Learning’ (COIL).
